The NSW Ombudsman is hosting the 3rd annual PID Awareness Week from 21-25 September 2026 to raise awareness and understanding of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022 (PID Act) and the importance of a strong speak-up culture across the NSW public sector. This year's theme is 'Supporting those who speak up and report serious wrongdoing'.
This year’s events will be held online, featuring panel discussions and practical sessions from a range of agencies and organisations. We’ll hear about their experiences and explore what it means to create and embed a healthy speak-up culture, both within individual organisations and across the public sector.
