This 4-hour workshop will equip supervisors and leaders to develop an effective complaint management system that supports improved service delivery and continuous improvement in their organisations. This training aligns with the Australian Standard’s Guidelines for complaint management in organisations (AS 10002:2022) and the NSW Ombudsman’s Effective Complaint Management Guidelines.
If you are a senior staff member responsible for designing, managing, appraising and improving complaint management systems, or if you supervise staff members working within these systems, this course is for you.
